The International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE) encourages college undergradute and graduate students to study and/or to engage in research in the field of Offshore Mechanics.  For this purpose, each year the ISOPE will provide Offshore Mechanics Scholarships for Outstanding Students.
