ISOPE-2004 Toulon, France:

ATM (automatic teller machine) or money-cashing machines can be found in 3 locations in the shopping mall under the conference venue (Neptune Conference Center- NCC) building.

Proceedings CD-ROM Mailing:  It will be airmailed around May 10 from ISOPE to those who checked “direct airmail.”

Sunday Reception

Instead of 18:00-19:00, it is changed to 18:00-21:00, sponsored by ISOPE and TVT. Complimentary or free of charge, including cocktail to the participants and their spouses who wear the conference badges.

Sunday Rugby Game

The Rugby French Organization has changed the days of all the matches. Now the match is on Saturday evening instead of Sunday afternoon. This mean no rugby match on Sunday the 23^rd.

Tuesday Spouse Program: Visit “Cassis,” 1/2 day tour, Tuesday

This little seaside resort is snuggled at the foot of a very tall cliff called Cap Canaille. The tour is sponsored by ISOPE, free of charge to the conference-registered participant’s spouses. A bilingual English-French speaking guide will accompany for the day.

This program is offered only to 30 spouses who wear “Spouse” badge only. The program is posted on www.isope.org. For reservation, e-mail now to meetings@isope.org.

Technical Tours

Toulon Var Technologies (TVT), ISOPE-2004 local host is pleased to offer to the ISOPE participants the opportunity to visit laboratories and industrial sites on Friday, the 28^th in the morning.

• Ifremer laboratories (French marine research institute) and Océanide (costal and oceanic engineering)
• Eca (a company specialized in robotic systems)
