Prof. Shigeru Naito

Elected President of Kansai Society of Naval Architects of Japan

Cupertino, California, April 21, 2004  Kansai Society of Naval Architects of Japan announced that Professor Shigeru Naito is elected its president.

He is a charter member of International Hydrodynamics Committee (IHC) of ISOPE and co-hosted the ISOPE-94 Osaka. He and his group have been active in organizing technical sessions at the annual ISOPE Conferences and the Pacific Asia Offshore Mechanics Symposium in the field of hydrodynamics and advanced ship technology, and have been active in organizing technical sessions at the annual ISOPE conferences and symposium in the field of hydrodynamics.
