The Fifth (2003) ISOPE Ocean Mining Symposium:

Cupertino, California, July 16, 2003 The Fifth (2003) ISOPE Ocean Mining Symposium & Workshop (ISOPE OMS-2003) is organized by the Ocean Mining Working Group. The Symposium will be held in Tsukuba, Japan, September 15-19, 2003. The venue is the Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (AIST) Auditorium, a government organization. The symposium features:

 

·        10 sessions of refereed papers and plenary presentations from 13 countries

·        Opening Session, sessions on Mining Technology & Systems I and II, Exploration & Survey, Environment, Processing Technology, Gas Hydrates I, II, Deep-ocean Water Upwelling, and Closing Session.
