Special Notice to ISOPE-2003 Authors for Final Manuscript:
Must Use ISOPE (2003) Template
¡¡
ISOPE (2003) Template for
ISOPE format, margin, style and font, and Pdf-Making Instructions.
Some authors who misplaced the template can download
Word
template
and
WP
template from
www.isope.org. The printer or CD-ROM maker will include it in the
proceedings, only when the authors followed the
template instructions correctly and showed
their paper number. ISOPE will
airmail hard copies of the 3-page ISOPE
(2003) Word template (8½ x11 inch or
Letter size) with specific instructions in late January to the
corresponding authors in a large envelope.
Use the correct paper number and first author¡¯s name on the PDF template file so that the printer can identify your E-files.
Use Times New Roman or English font in both text and figures. Do not use a local font. For example, some numbers and symbols in non-English fonts become unreadable on the PC screen in the U.S. and many other countries. The ISOPE TPC may be able to help some of those authors who encounter such font problems after conversion to PDF.
Use the PDF-making (or conversion) procedures, etc. explained on the template, p. 3.
Pdf file of the final MS and copyright form: Authors must E-mail them directly to the printer¡¯s E-mail or FTP site on the template, page 3. Do not send to ISOPE TPC.
Find detailed instructions on the template and the airmailing. The conference proceedings will be published in a CD-ROM format like the ISOPE 2002 4-volume set proceedings with pagination.
