ISOPE-2004 Conference, Toulon, France:
Cupertino, California, December 8, 2003 −As of December 8, 2003, the number of abstracts for the ISOPE-2004 Toulon Conference exceeded that of the ISOPE-2003 Honolulu. Friction Stir Welding (FSW) Symposium will be part of some 80-session ISOPE-2004 Toulon Conference, France, May 23-28, 2004.
The International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE) organized 91 sessions of peer-reviewed papers in cooperation with Technical Committees and Technical Program Committee (TPC) members from 25 countries and 24 international cooperating organizations. Delegates from over 46 countries are expected to participate, as in previous years.
The 14th (2004) Annual International Offshore and Polar Engineering Conference – ISOPE-2004 Toulon will be held in the beautiful French Riviera city, Toulon, France, May 23-28, 2004. Toulon is the center of the French naval power and its major activities are shipbuilding, marine science and technology research. The affordable hotel room rates have already been arranged by ISOPE through the local host committee. Airlines and TGV (high-speed train) are convenient means to reach Toulon.
