ISOPE PACOMS-2002

5th Pacific/Asia Offshore Mechanics Symposium

Daejon, Korea, November 17-20, 2002

The 5th ISOPE Pacific/Asia Offshore Mechanics Symposium (ISOPE PACOMS-2002) is being organized by the ISOPE PACOMS-2002 Symposium Organizing Committee (SOC), and Local Organizing Committee (LOC). It will be held in Daejon, Korea Science Town, hosted by the Korea Research Institute of Ships and Ocean Engineering(KRISO), KORDI. The 1st ISOPE PACOMS-90 Seoul, 2nd PACOMS-92 Sna Francisco, 3rd PACOMS-94 Beijing, and 4th PACOMS-96 Pusan have successfully been held.

The purpose of the Symposium is to provide a timely international forum for researchers and engineers interested in "control technology in ocean engineering" and to promote technical cooperation at an international level. We hope that this occasion will provide an excellent opportunity for researchers and engineers to discuss technical progress and cooperation.
